Father-daughter team Mike Barr and Zemie Barr started Barr Fiduciary Services in 2025.

Previously, Mike served as President of the Commerce Bank of Oregon from 2015–2025. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has over forty years of experience in commercial banking, investment banking, as a CFO. Mike is an avid reader, an outdoor and tennis enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with family and friends near his home in Central Oregon.

Zemie has a background in arts administration and business and holds a Master’s in Curatorial Studies from the University of Southern California. She co-owned Wolff Gallery in Portland from 2015-2019 and most recently worked for an art consulting firm in Chicago before returning to the Pacific Northwest in 2024. Zemie is a photo-based artist and enjoys gardening and traveling to the Oregon Coast as often as possible.
